Production breaks for festive period

So we’ve come to the end of the year, and it’s time to wrap up production until January.

Today (4th Dec) the cast and crew of Morbid, met for the last time this year to film a few scenes before production breaks for the festive period.

It was a cold and windy day but the cast and crew didn’t let that dampen their spirits. The location shoot was in Great Sutton at a former petrol station which is now an MOT garage.

A sign was specially made which read ‘Ellesmere Port Petrol Station’ A basic sign that added some great production value to the set. Cars where also cleared from the forecourt to recreated a working petrol station. All we needed then was a limousine and a hearse to finish it off. Once everything was in place, things started to take shape.

The shoot took around 5 hours to complete and we can now say that we have reached the halfway point. Filming will begin again in January and will continue straight through to February.
